Marion Charobim, AECOM SEED Deputy Chief of Party
Marion is a senior management professional with multiple years of experience in the implementation of USAID-funded development programs for a wide range of technical fields. At the start of her career, she worked for 12 years with the USAID Cairo Mission in various positions including Program Specialist and Manager of the Private Sector Commodity Import Program. She went on to work for various contractors; MSI, Pathfinder, AED, John Snow, CIPE and AMEG, managing the implementation of a number of successful USAID projects; notably the Egypt Civil Society Support Program (ECSS), Media Development Program (MDP), TAKAMOL, Healthy Mother/Healthy Child (HM/HC), National Book Program (NBP), Federation of Egyptian Industries Program Management Unit (FEI/PMU), and the Science and Technology Project (STC).
Mohamed Yousry, Director of Operations
Mohamed Yousry serves as Operations Director of the USAID-funds over than 21 years and currently he serve the Strengthening of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development (SEED), responsible for provide support to the COP and DCOP and other relevant SEED team members with all required acquisition, contracting and procurements needs. This includes contract administration of all SEED contractual matters with regard to SEED local partners, stakeholders, suppliers and vendors.
Marwa El-Attar, Operations & Training Manager
Marwa is a management professional with PMP and TOT credentials and 19+ years of diverse experience in end-to-end event management and international conference management. Her expertise is mainly in commanding projects, defining objectives, establishing milestones, monitoring adherence to master plans/schedules and allocating resources to ensure project completion as per established time guidelines and budget. Marwa has hands-on experience with core competencies in travel management and developing and delivering training programs toward a unified strategy, leveraging varying methods of delivery. During her career path, she had worked at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, The Microfinance Network of Arab Countries (Sanabel), USAID projects, and UN organizations like ILO & FAO.”
Mohamed Bedeir, Finance Manager
Bedeir has spent the majority of his early career in the private sector as an accountant. In 2000, he shifted to the development sector, where he worked in several USAID projects and international development organizations. He became a Finance Manager in 2011 when worked for the “Elect Egypt” project of the Creative Associates International. Bedeir received his Bachelor degree from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University.
Amina Farghaly, Human Resources Manager
Amina is professional dynamic employee with more than twenty years’ experience in working in International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), providing operational management focusing on developing people and creating a cadre of competent staff. Through her HR experience, she established the HR functions in SEED project. She has managed to support the project in recruitment and staffing plans with long term future vision results and detailed-oriented fashion.
Rania Botros, Communications & Outreach Manager
A seasoned Communication Executive with more than 14 years of diverse experience in international organizations as well as development projects funded by USAID targeting people of diverse cultural backgrounds and nationalities. Worked in many high profile organizations, including Institute of International Education (IIE), American Institutes for Research (AIR) and Relief International (RI). Over the years, Rania came to a belief that working in communications is about hearing other voices and stories and creating a steady social change, which she is personally aspire for.
