USAID SEED’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team is working closely with each of the Project’s components to use ICT tools and techniques to strengthen the business ecosystem and expand the Project’s outreach to disadvantaged areas.
Mohamed Tawfik Elokda, Team Lead
Tawfik is acting as an ambassador for ICT, working across business to provide effective consultation and services for SEED partners and colleagues. With master degree in Business Information technology from UK and over 23 years of experience in Public and private sectors Tawfik has many achievements in Military, prosecution and communication sectors with excellent, high quality and minimum risk ICT solutions.
Ahmed Aboul-Fotouh, Advisor
Ahmed works with SEED as an expert in building value chain systems and market information systems MIS’s also supporting the One Stop Shop (OSS) centers at chambers of commerce. His previous experience was in analyze and develop web based systems. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Mostafa Abd El-Fatah, Network & Systems Advisor
Mostafa is and ICT network and System Infrastructure Administrator covering (Data/Voice/CCTV Networks, Systems, Servers, Firewall, Backups, Security) and all related computing environments including software, applications, and configurations. With 14 years of experience Mostafa targeting sustainable and stable ICT environment for SEED staff and SEED partners.
Mohamed Rashed, Network Administrator
Mohamed Rashed is a Computer Engineering graduate of Al-Azhar University, he has more than 15 Years of Experience in ICT Field, he worked as ICT Expert at different Companies Private & Government Sector he is working in ICT Equip assessment for BDS Centers, Incubator Centers, OSS Tamayouz Centers. Also he is the ICT Procurement Expert.
